Where an NFT is transferred in connection with an artwork, we process the blockchain wallet address provided by the recipient and any information required to complete and document the transfer.

Blockchain transactions are publicly visible and generally permanent. Public blockchain records may reveal wallet addresses, transaction histories, timestamps and technical transaction information.

Ugauga GmbH does not control public blockchain networks and cannot delete or modify information recorded on them.

You should never provide us with private keys, recovery phrases or wallet passwords. Ugauga GmbH will not request this information.

When you contact us by email, through a contact form or by another communication channel, we process the information you provide in order to respond to your enquiry and handle any resulting matter.
